I'm a super Halloween freak. No, I don't really decorate. Yes, I do really dress up.
Two years ago, I tried sooo hard to get the man to costume-it with me. He finally obliged and guess what we were?
We were EMO! He loved it. His fav part was wearing my jeans—weirdo. So, this year, we had to step it up. After much deliberation, here's what we came up with:
KISS this, baby! Someone asked where we bought these costumes. We made 'em, sucka'! Everything is repurposed from the local thrift store except our wigs and makeup. Pretty sick, huh? It's just so fun to pretend to be the opposite of what we truly are. Behind these harsh exteriors, we are the most square, Steve Jobs-loving nerds.
Speaking of Steve, check this out:
A little too soon? But he looks so legit! Love the iPad.
And here's the rest of the crew from our family Halloween par-tay:

Happy Halloween! Hope your kids get you some good candy. Oh, and did you dress up, too?
I love your costumes this year, along with everyone else too. I cannot wait to go to a Halloween party where people actually dress up. We have hosted one for the past seven years and it is a lame-o orange & black attire party. Now that most of us have kids, I am hoping that changes soon!
